Medicinal Marihuana Laws and Regulation: State by State…

Medicinal Marihuana canabis laws and regulations: A state to state comparison

Since California first passed its medicinal marihuana law in 1996, the District of Columbia and 15 other states have adopted canabis seeds laws. However the marihuana laws and regulations vary drastically state by state – from being liberal in California and Colorado to limited in Boise State — uptight in NJ. While the laws in Maryland simply safeguards the seriously ill from being punished, however it does not generate a system for marihauna patients to get the canabis plant.
